We are currently in search of a Manager for our Deal Advisory practice, which offers the flexibility to work from various locations or remotely for the right candidate. Our team specializes in providing comprehensive financial due diligence services to a diverse clientele, including sellers, private equity firms, and strategic corporate buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors to oversee buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence projects.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients while engaging effectively with executives from target companies.
  • Conduct quality of earnings, quality of net assets, and working capital assessments.
  • Identify and analyze factors that may influence enterprise value and the transaction price.
  • Evaluate financial and operational trends of target organizations.
  • Present due diligence findings in a formal report.
  • Supervise junior team members and provide constructive performance feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, including a minimum of 2+ years in financial due diligence, ideally from a Big 4 or large regional CPA firm.
  • Active CPA license or in-progress is required.
  • Strong skills in accounting, data analysis, and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage segments of engagements effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (expected < 25%).
