**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and support to leadership on financial management execution, performance metrics, and forecasting.
- Monitor financial expenditures, initiate necessary funding requests, and carry out associated financial management duties as directed.
- Assist in the movement of funds, execution of financial plans, and preparation of financial reports.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely accomplishment of project milestones and deliverables, coordinating training and transition efforts as needed.
- Prepare and facilitate quarterly program management reviews and other management briefings.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) activities supporting both DoD and Intelligence Community programs.
- Extensive experience in military environments, with a strong understanding of rank and protocol for effective communication with senior leadership.
- Certification as a Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) is essential.
- Possession of DoD Level 3 Financial Manager certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAF/FM and relevant military experience.
- Proven track record in developing cost profiles and estimates for new initiatives, along with over 20 years of experience adhering to federal regulations.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
