Position Overview:

The role of Community Association Manager is essential for ensuring the effective administration of community operations. Under the guidance of the Board of Directors, this position is responsible for strategizing, executing, and recommending policies and procedures that uphold the community's standards and regulations.

Located in a picturesque setting, the community offers breathtaking views and a variety of amenities for residents and guests. The facilities include heated pools, recreational areas, and sports courts, providing a vibrant environment for leisure and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and management of staff, ensuring a team that meets the community's expectations for service excellence.
  • Monitor and manage staff assignments to ensure operational efficiency while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with Castle Management to align with the directives of the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive systems for safeguarding community assets and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct regular inspections of community facilities to identify maintenance and security needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Address resident concerns regarding staff conduct and vendor performance, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports related to property damage and personal injury, facilitating appropriate responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and identifying trends for the Board's review.
  • Deliver monthly management reports with actionable recommendations to enhance community standards and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Board of Directors and homeowners, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to requests.
  • Prepare and oversee the Annual Budget, coordinating Board meetings and documenting minutes as necessary.
  • Manage compliance with community rules and regulations, addressing violations and communicating necessary actions to homeowners.
  • Engage with contractors and vendors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to community standards.
  • Facilitate the maintenance of the community's website, ensuring relevant information is accessible to residents.

Qualifications:

Education: Active CAM License required; a high school diploma is mandatory, with a preference for an Associate's degree in business or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of two to three years of experience in community association management or a related field is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, along with a solid understanding of computer systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with property management, including lifting and navigating the community grounds.

Work Environment: The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
