As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience across various business segments (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store environment, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging as a member of a high-performing team, built on trust, commitment, and a focus on achieving results.
  • Building rapport with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently applying benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encouraging and participating in team selling, positively influencing the store's sales performance and metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and other related projects, including conducting merchandise inventory counts.
  • Operating the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.


The starting pay range for this position is competitive and may increase based on merit, length of service with the company, and other relevant factors.

We consider each individual's skills, background, and experience when determining final compensation. Base pay information is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.
