Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at QualDerm Partners, LLC. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our providers in delivering high-quality dermatological services.

About the Role:

  • Fulfill patient care responsibilities as assigned, assist doctor with patient care.
  • Escort patients to and from exam rooms, help patients prepare for exams. Review Health Histories to ensure they are complete and updated.
  • Clean and straighten exam rooms between patients, empty laundry bins, and maintain infection control policies.
  • Organize patient flow according to protocol, prioritizing rooming patients, taking histories, setting up rooms for procedures, and assisting providers during exams and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Certified Medical Assistant preferred
  • Medical Terminology knowledge
  • 1-2 years' experience in a medical office (dermatology practice preferred)
