  • Customer Service

  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Ensure that all areas of the restaurant and bar are clean and tidy, including tables, chairs, floors, and equipment.
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Steward Supervisor promptly.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high standards of quality.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and guests to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing circumstances, such as unexpected guest requests or equipment failures.
    • Be willing to rotate duties and work in different areas of the hotel as required.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school education or equivalent required.
    • Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent customer service skills and a warm and welcoming demeanor.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances.
