Key Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for financial products and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our retail consumer and small business products, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Utilize marketing tools and strategies to proactively engage with customers and set appointments for regular financial reviews.
  • Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish strong working relationships with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in retail banking or sales.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of advanced math functions and credit analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Fifth Third Bank in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
