About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Customer Loan Advisor, you will play a critical role in empowering customers to achieve their financial goals by providing access to responsible and affordable financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Results: Meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations, by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
  • Present Financial Solutions: Offer personalized financial solutions that meet customers' needs and goals, based on their individual circumstances.
  • Develop New Relationships: Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining existing relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners.
  • Manage Loan Lifecycle: Ensure seamless loan management, including collections activities, compliance with laws and regulations, and customer education on loan terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual - Spanish.
