Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Utilize our consultative sales process to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions to our customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to our Customer Service Representatives in the sales and referral process.
Requirements:
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of our Retail policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
