Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Personal Banker. In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use the consultative sales process to build customer relationships and identify financial needs
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and services
  • Utilize marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews
  • Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed
  • Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners and refer customers to provide timely and holistic financial solutions
  • Meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhance year-over-year revenue growth
Requirements
  • College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities and advanced math functions
  • Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures

  • Ability to travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility
