Position Title: Manufacturing Assembly Engineer

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Assembly Production Engineering team. This role is pivotal in supporting the transition and setup of manufacturing processes across both our current and upcoming facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capital Projects: Engage in significant capital initiatives, focusing on process improvements and automation.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for equipment issues that cannot be resolved by maintenance teams.
  • Quality Investigations: Participate in downtime and quality assessments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Tooling Design: Develop and design tooling solutions based on specifications from the product development team.

This position involves a blend of project management and practical troubleshooting. You will oversee specific projects, collaborate with suppliers, manage new product launches, and contribute to machine installations and efficiency improvements.

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
