About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sonic Healthcare USA, Inc. As a key member of our laboratory operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, clients, and laboratory staff over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients, clients, and laboratory staff via phone.
  • Work in a fast-paced call center environment, championing safety, compliance, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience working in a call center or in the laboratory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Top-notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant training.
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
  • Data entry experience in a production environment.
