We are seeking an exceptional individual to support our mixed-age Montessori classrooms as an Extended Day Coordinator at Guidepost Montessori.
This part-time position involves supporting children during transitions, providing breaks to staff as needed, and leading the extended day program. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity to the program, be organized, and plan engaging weekly activities for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children during transitions and daily routines
- Provide breaks to staff as needed
- Lead the extended day program, planning engaging activities for children
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for children
Requirements:
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid state background check
- Warm and friendly demeanor
- Preferred: ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6
