Position Overview:
The role demands a profound and varied understanding of design methodologies, practices, and execution in intricate systems and projects. Key responsibilities encompass the generation of design concepts, engaging in design evaluations, development, and testing to gauge performance against design specifications; reliability assessments, and evaluation of system interactions. The individual will make autonomous decisions and assist in the formulation of manufacturing processes while troubleshooting issues to identify root causes and potential engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly applies functional expertise in daily tasks.

- Contributes to defining and achieving overall project objectives in a timely manner.

- Identifies and resolves technical challenges effectively.

- Designs, plans, and executes project-related tasks.

- Independently designs and carries out experiments.
- Employs Design of Experiments (DOE) as necessary.
- Ensures experimental quality through robust and independent experimental design.
- Participates or leads cross-functional technical teams.
- Establishes interfaces across various organizational groups.
- Provides technical guidance and feedback to colleagues.
- Educates others and addresses troubleshooting issues.
- Engages in project planning, process updates, and contributes to experimental design.
- Prepares and delivers presentations of project findings to diverse audiences.
- Monitors work to ensure quality and continuously promotes a Quality First Time approach.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - Required
Experience:
8 years of relevant experience - Required
Master's Degree in a relevant field with 4 years of related experience - Required
PhD in a relevant field with 2 years of related experience - Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven success in technical expertise, creativity, collaboration, and independent thinking. Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and concepts is essential.
