Radar Systems Engineer

Lunewave Inc. is a cutting-edge technology company developing innovative antenna solutions for various applications, including radar sensors, passive RF direction finding systems, millimeter wave imagers, wireless communication, and SATCOM.
We are seeking a highly skilled Radar and RF Systems Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of radar and RF systems, including hardware development and systems engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop advanced radar and RF systems, including front-end antenna technology and back-end processing components.
- Participate in trade studies and create models to evaluate competing solutions and provide recommendations for best courses of action.
- Provide guidance and support for radar and RF system testing and data analysis.
- Interact with internal and external personnel on technical matters related to RF system design, requiring coordination between organizations.
- Lead research into the solution of radar and RF-related engineering problems and advise on the implementation of engineering solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
- Progressive engineering experience, with a minimum of five years of experience with a bachelor's degree, three years with a master's degree, or a PhD.
- Expertise in RF/microwave engineering and related simulation software tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on a self-initiated basis or in a team environment.
