Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A current real estate license or the drive and ability to obtain one.
- A passion for sales and a knack for building strong business relationships.
- Local market expertise or the eagerness to become an expert quickly.

Compensation:
$86,500 - $167,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Act as a mediator in negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure accurate and legal property transactions
- Offer clients comprehensive market area research to support their informed decision-making
- Organize and attend property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Conduct tours of business properties, evaluating maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and analytical data
- Cultivate relationships to foster future growth opportunities
- To excel in this role, you must hold a valid Real Estate License or have the determination to obtain one
- Possess some level of understanding in marketing and advertising to effectively promote properties and attract potential clients
- Demonstrate knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language to navigate transactions successfully
- Showcase strong negotiating and communication skills to facilitate deals between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- Exhibit the ability to work independently, showing motivation and self-sufficiency in achieving sales targets
