As the foremost authority in renewable energy integration and sustainable product offerings, GenPro focuses on key areas such as energy-efficient lighting systems, solar energy solutions, solar water pumping and filtration, and power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service operations, addressing both pre-sale and post-sale inquiries. This role demands a blend of skills, including exceptional interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
Reporting Structure: Chief Revenue Officer
Compensation: $17.56 to $23.23 per hour, depending on experience
Essential Duties:
- Lead incoming customer inquiries via phone and in-person
- Manage customer communications through email and online chat
- Oversee the flow of walk-in customers
- Conduct follow-ups with customers post-purchase
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Maintain sales pipelines, leads, and warranty information
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team as needed
- Research and identify online sales leads
- Input leads from various platforms into the CRM system
- Assist in managing CRM functionalities, reporting, and automation
- Coordinate the customer gifting program
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong phone communication skills and active listening
- Proven experience in customer support or client service roles
- Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to extend responsibilities beyond the sales department for overall company benefit
All responsibilities must be executed at the corporate office; this position does not offer remote work options.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of five years in customer service required
- Familiarity with NetSuite CRM preferred
- Experience in LED lighting and solar energy is advantageous
