Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Project Manager to enhance our expanding Engineering team. This position is perfect for professionals eager to advance their careers while managing a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project management activities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion. Expertise in roadway design, transportation engineering, and design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of construction project planning and execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align client needs with company goals.
  • Guide technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate contract adjustments and modifications with stakeholders.
  • Supervise junior team members, offering mentorship and support.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promptly address any concerns.
  • Monitor project progress and quality through regular site evaluations.
  • Establish and manage project budgets and financial strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts among construction personnel and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, particularly in roadway design and transportation engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Civil EIT certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
