Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Cardiac Progressive Care to join our team. As a member of our cardiac unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the cardiac unit, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- RN licensed in the State of Texas/Compact.
- BCLS certified.
- Current ACLS.
- Associates Degree or BSN.
- Critical Care Background.
- Dysrhythmia Recognition.
- Proficiency in EKGs.
