Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and web requests.
  • Monitor and track customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with NetSuite CRM system functionality and best practices to ensure optimal customer support.
  • Validate and update customer information in the NetSuite CRM system.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled service calls when necessary.
  • Input new customers into the NetSuite CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with others.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; experience with NetSuite CRM system preferred.
