Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Head of Human Resources' calendar and schedules, coordinate meetings and appointments with internal and external participants
  • Maintain effective communication with internal employees and external stakeholders
  • Design and create presentation decks, reports, and employee-facing graphics
  • Plan logistics for employee meetings, trainings, and other events
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including document creation, editing, and tracking
  • Process department and expense reports
  • Take detailed notes and summarize agendas, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel plans and itineraries
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Uphold discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • 2+ years of experience in a role supporting Human Resources or 3-4 years of related experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in MS software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Google Suite is a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop and/or other graphic design applications preferred
  • Highly resourceful and organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, anticipate tasks, and meet deadlines in a calm and organized manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
What We Offer

The hourly range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $24.00. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant expertise. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
