About Us: Eagle Springs Golf Club is a premier golfing destination seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Management Professional to join our team. As a vital member of our management staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Management Professional to oversee the management of our dining services. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness throughout our dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness throughout our dining areas
- Coordinate with the F&B Director to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, control labor costs, and monitor event expenses to ensure budgetary responsibility
- Supervise and develop staff to achieve exceptional performance and growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and food and beverage POS software
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Benefits: Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Others: Must be able to perform work in-person from April to November, and December 27th each year.
