Role Overview:
Insight Global is in search of a dedicated Production Support Team Lead to enhance our large healthcare insurance client's operations. This role is integral to the Medicare/IFP NextGen Production Support Team, focusing on provider data management. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate issue resolution processes, ensuring timely tracking and collaboration with multiple teams.
- Facilitate meetings and collaborative sessions with diverse application teams and business stakeholders.
- Deliver concise updates regarding daily operations and issue resolutions to senior management.
- Monitor systems and applications to achieve availability targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Participate in on-call support as needed, following a rotational schedule.
- Engage in infrastructure maintenance and application deployment activities.
- Maintain comprehensive system support documentation.
- Manage various aspects of event, incident, problem, and change management.
- Adhere to established methodologies, standards, and guidelines to ensure quality support.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or IT, with a focus on production support.
- Proficient in SQL for analysis with Oracle and DB2 databases.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and issue escalation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within Medicare or Medicaid.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAFE/AGILE methodologies.
- Certifications related to business analysis or project management.
- Understanding of business processes from enrollment to claims processing.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $50/hr, with variations based on skills and experience. Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement account access with employer matching.
