**Join Our Team as a Junior Assembly Technician - A Pathway to Career Advancement**

**Overview:**

In the role of Junior Assembly Technician, you will leverage your existing skills to construct engine and equipment components following detailed schematics and written guidelines. This position involves executing assembly tasks that range from simple to moderately complex, focusing on small products, light subassemblies, and compact units.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assemble components in accordance with specified guidelines.

+ Conduct assembly and testing tasks that vary in complexity.

+ Work on products that may include small items, light subassemblies, and/or compact units.

+ Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and components.

+ Maintain cleanliness of parts and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working order as per established instructions.

+ Adhere to assembly protocols to achieve certification for the tasks performed.

+ Work with precision to meet engineering specifications and operational standards.

+ Retrieve and organize parts from stock areas and ensure completed assemblies are properly stored.

+ Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including Quality Assurance and Test Records.

**Qualifications:**

+ Preferred 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, though candidates with relevant experience using hand or power tools (such as in construction, landscaping, or oil & gas) are encouraged to apply.

+ Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.

+ Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

+ Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings is advantageous but not mandatory.

+ Basic computer proficiency is essential.

+ Attention to detail and the ability to work with tight tolerances are crucial.

**Available Shifts:**

+ Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM ($19/hour)

Willingness to work overtime as required.
