Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Woodward. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and testing mechanical components and subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and/or perform preset calibration/final testing of mechanical components and subassemblies.
  • Perform low to moderately complex assembly and testing tasks, including cleaning and maintaining tooling and equipment.
  • Follow work instructions and become certified for work being performed.
  • Perform test stand preset calibration and final test of products.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies or faults in parts, equipment, or production processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required, but mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • Ability to see details clearly and possess strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic computations and process multiple types of information simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a moderate risk or discomfort environment and pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
