Position Summary: As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will work in our Inside Sales Center, engaging with potential customers to discuss their product needs and arrange in-home consultations. You will connect with leads generated through various channels, including events, digital marketing, and media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule consultations and provide quotes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and availability for consultations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Address and resolve customer objections regarding scheduling and costs.
  • De-escalate calls when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to exceed customer service expectations with every interaction.
  • Adhere to schedules while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster teamwork through reliability and consistency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift focus as needed.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting with a proactive approach.
  • Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with financial software.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role in a climate-controlled environment.
