Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience in concrete dispatching is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Commitment to safety and participation in a safety-oriented work environment.
  • Experience in logistics and dispatch operations (1-3 years preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Promotion and enhancement of a performance-based safety culture.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Experience in dispatch and customer service is essential.
