Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests receive a superior experience
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on all services offered at our travel centers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required
  • Experience in retail operations or customer service preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Ability to manage negative customer sentiment while maintaining a positive and high-energy work environment
  • Ability to handle difficult issues and complaints while exemplifying customer service
  • Problem solving skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to exhibit empathy
