Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process vendor invoices for payment
  • Perform check runs and coordinate check signatures and distribution
  • Manage the credit card and expense reporting processes
  • Perform assigned month-end closing duties
  • Assist with unclaimed property reporting and annual 1099 reporting
  • Manage the organization's corporate credit card processes
  • Continuously review the AP aging report and manage outstanding invoices
  • Perform account reconciliation and analysis as required
  • Manage record retention and storage processes for the Financial Services department

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of five years' experience in accounts payable
  • Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Experience in general ledger applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Self-directed with good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • High degree of judgement and independent decision-making

Working Conditions:

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time or exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
