**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Autism Support Technician to join our team at Amergis. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavior plans, promoting positive behaviors and reducing challenging ones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document progress and outcomes, providing data-driven insights to inform treatment planning.

**Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Special Education.
