Job Description

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level II plays a pivotal role in guiding the professional growth of our team, focusing on clinician skill development and leadership enrichment. This position involves providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff, overseeing clinical programs, and monitoring staff performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying a caseload to meet set billable services, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes. They will also conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to clients.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Assistant Clinical Supervisor will supervise a team of behavior technicians, providing ongoing training, guidance, and support. They will also complete reports for behavioral health treatment plans, provide parent training, and maintain reliable communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Spanish bilingualism is a plus, and prior experience in behavior analysis services, supervision, and report writing is highly valued. Excellent clinical and leadership skills, fluency with Microsoft Office programs, and a professional demeanor are essential qualities for success in this position.
