Job Description

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement our child-centric therapy model in home, school, and community environments.

In partnership with your clinical supervisor, you will incorporate each child's unique interests into fun, play-based sessions.

This role offers personalized mentorship, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably those with autism or special needs
  • Flexible availability, including options for part-time and full-time schedules
  • High School diploma or equivalent; educational requirements may vary depending on specific positions
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to use proprietary care apps
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
