About the Insurance Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to expand our business by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer savvy, and have a strong understanding of our company's services and policies.


Responsibilities include:


  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs and demands
  • Preparing reports for management and staying up-to-date on company policies
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner

Requirements
  • High school diploma or BA/BSc degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
