About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Bird Dog Equity Partners LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Register guests, manage reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Reservation Management: Manage online and phone reservations, inform customers about payment methods, and verify their credit card data.
  • Guest Communication: Welcome guests upon their arrival, assign rooms, and provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Respond to guests' inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Offer additional facilities and services to guests, when appropriate, and maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: Previous experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with property management software and understanding of how travel planning websites operate is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong desire to learn and develop, customer service attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
