About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operational Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our Dover, NH facility.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position and be proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement sustainable solutions, and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Collaborate with production teams to design and implement changes that enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimize throughput
  • Mentor and train production staff on lean principles and best practices
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement or Lean Engineering role
  • Rubber/plastics manufacturing experience preferred
  • Degree in Engineering required
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Local to Dover, NH
