Spaceflight Systems Manager

At Blue Origin, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration for the betterment of Earth.
We're a dynamic team of collaborators and problem-solvers who are driven by a culture of safety and innovation. As part of our Program Planning & Controls team, you'll play a critical role in executing cost and schedule management for various spaceflight systems.
You'll be responsible for developing integrated cost and schedule baselines using Primavera P6 and Deltek Cobra. This will require exceptional communication and organizational skills as you work with cross-functional teams to drive execution and provide regular updates.
About the Role- Develop Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules, and control account and IPT level budgets.
- Drive execution to these plans by coordinating status updates and cost and schedule forecast updates.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams to drive project execution.
- Use data-driven insights to inform program leadership and influence future plan updates.
- Develop and maintain schedules, forecasts, and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
