With operations in California, Washington, and Massachusetts, we take pride in being a key player in the cannabis sector.

Compensation

This position offers a pay rate of $25 per hour while on-site and $14.49 per hour for travel to and from events. The work schedule is flexible and may include weekends. Candidates must have open availability. Please note that this is a contract role.

Position Responsibilities

The Brand Ambassador will be tasked with hosting promotional events at various venues to showcase Phat Panda products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Before the Event

  1. Dress in professional, clean attire featuring Phat Panda branding.
  2. Arrive prepared with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
  3. Ensure a complete Vendor Kit is ready the night before (all necessary materials will be provided).
  4. Review the "Vendor Day Checklist" to confirm all items are accounted for.
  5. Arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up before the event begins.

Upon Arrival

  1. Inquire about the best parking options to avoid taking customer spaces.
  2. Introduce yourself to the staff and ask for the Manager in Charge (MIC).
  3. Sign in with the store if required.
  4. Consult with the MIC regarding the optimal setup location, ensuring access to electrical outlets if needed.
  5. Bring in the vendor kit and set up the table and materials.
  6. Request a list of current specials and pricing for all Phat Panda products.

During the Event

  1. Welcome and engage every customer, informing them of specials and discounts.
  2. Encourage customers to visit the table for samples or promotional items.
  3. Provide informative responses to customer inquiries, ensuring they feel valued.
  4. Maintain a positive atmosphere, interacting with staff during quieter moments.
  5. Educate customers and build rapport with staff when foot traffic is low.
  6. Remain on-site until the event concludes unless directed otherwise by management.

Closing the Event

  1. Do not dismantle the setup while customers are still engaging.
  2. Confirm with staff and the MIC that all obligations have been met before packing up.
  3. Express gratitude to the staff for their cooperation.
  4. Carefully disassemble the table and equipment, keeping everything organized for future events.
  5. Submit a recap of the event to the Field Representative and Management.
