Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessment of patients referred for home infusion therapy to determine their suitability for our services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to capture all referrals from member hospitals and healthcare systems.
  • Build relationships with hospital staff to ensure seamless coordination of care between hospital and home.

Requirements
  • Associate degree or diploma in Nursing
  • Two years of intravenous therapy experience in hospital or homecare

  • Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations
