Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Pediatric Primary Care team in South Portland, Maine. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients ranging from newborn to age 26.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the RN, MA, and provider to collect data, plan, educate, implement, and deliver care safely and effectively.
  • Provide basic quality nursing care to patients, adhering to the State of Maine Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in weekend rotations, working either a Saturday or Sunday from 9am-12p approximately every 2-3 months.
Requirements
  • Diploma from an approved practical nursing program.
  • Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure.
  • Current BLS required.
  • Two years' LPN experience preferred.
