Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Oak Grove Center in Waterville, ME. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Assist patients/residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients/residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors
