About the Role:
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Our mission is centered around prioritizing patient care, and we seek motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process.
- Actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities.
- Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan, obtaining and recording patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
- Set up and break down dialysis blood systems for treatment, insert and remove patient access needles, and monitor patients during dialysis.
- Maintain professional working relationships, observing patient privacy and rights, and track inventory.

Requirements:
- Act under RN supervision.
- Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight.
