Role Overview:

ICAST seeks an experienced sales professional to drive customer-centric energy efficiency solutions for multifamily housing clients in the Albuquerque, NM area.

About ICAST:

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering green upgrades to multifamily affordable housing properties. Our mission is to combat climate change, social equity crises, and affordability challenges through sustainable technologies and innovative partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a pipeline of customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of multi-family properties to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with ICAST teams to create tailored proposals for assigned customers.
  • Pursue sales opportunities from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress in Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and weekly/monthly performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing top-tier customer service.
  • Aptitude for crafting clear, concise written and verbal communications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (M365) and Salesforce CRM, preferably.
  • A strong understanding of energy efficiency retrofits, particularly in residential structures and multifamily settings.

Compensation:
