About the Role:

  • Manage daily operations of the appointment center, ensuring seamless appointment scheduling and modifications.
  • Oversee a team of scheduling coordinators, hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance to ensure exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and increase appointment bookings, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze appointment scheduling processes and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and service department leaders to ensure alignment and optimize staff and resource allocation.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues related to appointment scheduling with professionalism and care.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on appointment trends, team performance, and operational efficiency to inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
