Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Staffing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Staffing Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping people find jobs and providing workforce solutions to businesses.

About the Job:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
  • You will be responsible for conducting in-person interviews with candidates, serving as an employee advocate, and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • You will also utilize our proprietary database to enter, maintain, and update candidate information, facilitate interview processes with clients and candidates, and visit client companies to learn more about their work environment and culture fit.
  • In addition, you will market and sell candidate skills and experience to organizations, ensuring the best match for both the client company and the candidate.
  • You will establish strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, including outbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Your goal will be to develop sales opportunities to increase and expand client activity within new and existing accounts.
