About the Role

This challenging position involves complex processing of payable and receivable transactions, paying invoices, account recording, and reconciliations.

The role is part of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function, responsible for reviewing and paying invoices and cash management activities such as reconciliation and bank account reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile records with internal employees, management, external vendors, and customers.
  • Review bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, and contribute to month-end reporting.
  • Process transactions such as disbursements, expense vouchers, and cash receipts.
  • Resolve discrepancies and escalate vendor or invoice issues, reporting to management.
  • Verify and post business transaction details, preparing reports for validation.
  • Provide informal training and coaching to colleagues.
  • Solve typical and atypical problems without supervisory approval.
What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • An understanding of work routines and standards, applying skills and knowledge in various processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills, capable of reviewing and selecting solutions from available options.
  • The ability to explain detailed information clearly and concisely within the team.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a robust inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations.
Salary Information

We offer an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
