Position Overview

This full-time, on-site position for a Process Engineer at Fulton Bellows, LLC in Knoxville, TN, involves overseeing daily operations related to the design, management, and analytical functions for multiple products. The Process Engineer will focus on enhancing processes across various industries, including Critical Service Valves, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Electrical Production, Gas Turbines, Fuel Cells, Medical, and Measurement & Control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct various assigned projects
  • Assist and resolve production challenges as needed
  • Champion and execute continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead the development and documentation of processes to ensure quality production that meets customer expectations
  • Conduct audits of production processes and facilitate Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts
  • Engage directly with clients regarding assigned projects
  • Implement basic 5S practices and undertake additional duties as required
  • Comply with all safety regulations and protocols within the plant
  • Support the company's overarching goals and objectives
  • Encourage and uphold a total quality management philosophy

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in Process Control and Process Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or program management
  • Meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in tool and die making and support
