- Evaluate and establish ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms.
- Lead and facilitate meetings to drive ICAM standard compliance for new and existing systems.
- Provide an authoritative voice on ICAM standards, policies, and technical implementations.
- Draft effective strategies to realize target states, focusing on compliance and sound ICAM architectures.
- Author Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs) to relay technical concepts.
- Perform risk management activities, including providing mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform stakeholder analysis for complex programs.
- Work independently, especially at project startup, defining goals and metrics, and working with diverse stakeholders to enhance program value.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Review the completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements, making recommendations for refinement and improvement.
- Troubleshoot interface and interoperability problems.
- Participate in on-call rotation and escalation support as needed.
- Education: MA/MS +10 -OR- BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science +12 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity.
- Security Clearance Level: Active SECRET T5 clearance.
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Expertise in complex information systems and architectures that encompass multiple disparate databases, networks, and communication subsystems.
- Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 451 Advanced requirements.
- The following certifications: Microsoft Security Administrator - Associate (MS-500) AND Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert OR Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator – Associate OR Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect – Expert OR DoD/Military Training: M0923W1 or A or A SNOOP) or A or A or A or A or A P/L) or A or A P/L) or A P/L) OR CASP+: CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner plus or CCNP: CISCO Certified Network Professional or CCSP: Certified Cloud Security Professional or FITSP-O: Federal IT Security Professional-Operator-NG or GFACT: GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies.
- Experience with identity policies, guidance, and technical implementations.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory design and implementation.
- Experience with Group Policy Management.
- Experience with working directly on large-scale ICAM implementations.
- Experience with using agile methods and scrum process.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical issues at a high-level and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent diagnostic, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand business challenges and identify and recommend appropriate strategies and technical solutions.
- Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary.
- First-hand knowledge of the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army.
- A demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements, and an advanced understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $148,750 - $201,250, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements. Our benefits package includes a variety of medical plan options, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match. We also offer full flex work weeks, paid time off plans, and other benefits to support work-life balance.
