Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: $55,000 annually

Qualifications: A Master's Degree from an accredited institution along with LCAS A, LPC A, or LCSW A certification is mandatory.

Role Overview:

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

· Conducting comprehensive screenings and assessments to determine the appropriate level of care, utilizing clinical expertise.

· Facilitating admissions to various care levels based on Locus and/or ASAM criteria.

· Making suitable referrals to community resources and external opportunities that align with client needs.

· Completing necessary documentation for client admissions in a timely manner, including but not limited to NCTOPPS, authorizations, and crisis plans.

· Managing pre-certification processes with funding sources.

· Collaborating effectively with facility personnel to ensure the consistent delivery of programs.

· Providing coverage for other evaluators in the region as needed.

· Maintaining a small caseload for weekly group therapy sessions.

· Offering assessment services to referral sources such as juvenile justice centers and mental health facilities.

· Performing additional duties as assigned.

Expected Outcomes:

This role is crucial in sustaining a robust clinical program. The staff will work collaboratively to address client needs, engage with referral sources for timely service delivery, and maintain professional relationships that support ongoing marketing and referral efforts. Completing all required training and mandatory hours is essential.

Educational and Professional Background:

1) A Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. 2) Preferred certifications include LCAS and LPC or LCSW. 3) Required certifications are LCASA, LPCA, or LCSWA. Experience in mental health and substance abuse services, along with level of care assessments, is preferred.
