Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at CarePartners Living LLC as a CNA CarePartners PACE Adult Day Program Specialist. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination.
  • Obtain and record patient information, including vital signs, height and weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, intake and output, calorie counts, and other relevant data.
  • Assist with mobility by turning and positioning patients, dangling, and ambulating them.
  • Collect and prepare specimens for diagnostic testing.
  • Engage in evidence-based best practices to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
