Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the acquisition and tracking of vital supplies and finished goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers to verify adherence to delivery timelines and uphold performance standards.
- Support pricing negotiations and discount initiatives to secure favorable terms that benefit our clientele. Update contract and discount matrices accordingly.
- Oversee the management of all manufacturing warranty claims and reimbursements to guarantee timely and precise claims processing.
- Enhance and maintain the efficiency of Excel-based templates utilized for Sales and Purchasing operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to aid Sales Management in assessing performance and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Essential Skills:
- Facilitate effective communication among Vendors, Operations, Sales, and Design teams by sharing crucial sales and purchase order information with all relevant stakeholders.
- Engage in cross-departmental meetings to synchronize purchasing strategies with sales objectives and operational capabilities.
- Provide backup support for key team members as needed.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- Exhibit a self-motivated attitude with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment: This position requires full-time on-site presence, with a structured schedule of core hours and flexibility for lunch breaks. The role involves collaboration with a team of 15-18 individuals, including the purchasing manager and this assistant role.
